One brand that I’ve been following for a while is a local brand out of Boulder, CO called Flower Wild. I actually used to work there when I lived there! They utilize Instagram very well to directly communicate with customers in one way communication as well as two way. They use stories often to talk just to customers about new arrivals, their current favorite items, and what’s going on with the stores and website daily. I have also notice if customers as questions about fit, items in stock, etc. they will comment back or put a question option in the stories to allow customers to directly communicate with them. They are very active in the way they try to let customers have access to help because from my experience personally the brand as a following from all over the country, so they are relying on their use of the internet and social media to learn about the products before purchasing or for help afterwards. One way I think they could use their social media influence on Instagram a little bit better would be to include try on/fit details on their employees. This would help customers with their purchases and could mitigate questions in the long run.
